Switching SLA plans

At our platform, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) provide users with guarantees regarding availability, additional features, and premium support. We understand the criticality of production environments and strongly recommend utilizing a tailored SLA for optimal performance and support.

Changing your SLA

You can easily adjust your SLA by following these steps:

  1. Accessing SLA Settings: Navigate to the Environment Overview and locate the SLA label. Alternatively, you can access SLA settings via the context menu.

  2. Selecting desired SLA: Clicking on the SLA label opens a modal presenting the available SLAs, indicating the currently active SLA. Here, you can choose the SLA that best suits your requirements.

  3. SLA transition: Please note that SLA changes operate on a prepaid basis. When downgrading an SLA, the current SLA remains active until the prepaid period concludes at the end of the month. However, when upgrading an SLA, the change takes effect immediately to ensure seamless access to enhanced support services.
