- Continuous Improvement: Collaborating closely with existing customers to gather valuable feedback allows us to iterate and enhance our portfolio of services to better meet market needs.
To drive this growth, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative who will play a key role in expanding our reach, nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to DeltaBlue’s ongoing success.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative at DeltaBlue, you will:
- Drive New Sales: Drive new sales by identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into long-term partners.
- Expand Existing Accounts: Collaborate with Customer Success teams to identify upsell opportunities within our current customer base.
- Gather Customer Feedback: Work closely with customers to collect insights and feedback, helping us refine and improve.
- Build Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and ensuring DeltaBlue’s solutions deliver measurable value.
- Meet Sales Targets: Achieve new acquisition and upsell goals through hunting and farming strategies.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with technical, product, and customer success teams to provide tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally within cloud services, SaaS, or Managed IT solutions.
Skills:
- Strong prospecting, upselling, and negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to gather customer feedback and use insights to improve propositions.
- Working knowledge of CRM and pipeline management.
Knowledge of Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a strong advantage as you guide customers toward innovative cloud solutions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience). Personal Attributes:
